Lost post = Lost Thoughts

Geez. I tried to post my comments and they wouldn't go through. I kninds just post what's on my mind and go with that. When something fowls up and the post does not go through, it's not like I can just repost exactly what I intended to. *sigh*

I finally got approval for more training. Once completed, I will be able to offer all of the advance courses that my old boss did before he retired. Of course I will not his 35 years worth of experience, but I will have proven that I have the skills and ability to provide the instruction for those courses.

Yesterday was my busiest day this month. I had about five meetings to get to and pick up loads of supplies/equipment. I'm glad that's over with. The good news is now I'll be all set for the next little while.

Schedual foul ups and Advanced Training

I had a short work week and a nice bonus returning to work after three weeks of my own training. It seems with new people in key positions, they screwed up the schedual and I ended up with having no students to instruct this week. So I more than enough time to work through the pile of work the accumulated while I was away on course. Just before I finished work on Friday I even got an email from an old boss of mine. If my current contract is not extended in March, I know of three related jobs that are open to me. So I have no worries. Besides, I can always fall back on my primary job as well. *smile*

Thanksgiving & I'm back home

Three weeks later and a nice Thanksgiving later, I'm finally back home. Work sent me on a trip to get three courses under my belt in order to upgrade my skills and allow me to offer some advance courses. This week I will find out how things went while I was away and confirm if my boss will approve me to take two more week's of courses in late Nov 06 / early Dec 06.

So over all things are going well. The only fly in the ointment is the choice to not get married next spring. Until later Enjoy!
